German doctors advised citizens to walk on ice like a penguin that can’t slip on frozen land, while central Europe is preparing for a wave of low temperatures.
German society of orthopedic and trauma surgeons advised that, in order to “walk like a penguin,” you need to bend your torso forward and thus switch the focus on the front foot.
