Besides adding it into salads, pies and pickles, apple cider vinegar may be used as a drink as well. Drinking it before bedtime may significantly improve your health. You can use it for treating the following conditions:

1. Sore Throat

It has very strong anti-bacterial properties. Apple cider vinegar creates acidic pH environment where bacteria cannot survive.

Drink a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar one hour before going to sleep. After 30 min. take another teaspoon just before falling asleep.

2. Obesity

According to some studies lack of sleep is the main reason for obesity. All obese people suffer from sleep issues.

Apple cider vinegar prevents fat deposition and reduces the appetite due to its compound known as pectin, which makes the brain feel satiated. 3. Stuffy nose

Apple cider vinegar is rich in vitamin B1, B2, E and A as well as magnesium and potassium which help you eliminate the accumulated mucus from your sinuses. Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with water and drink it before going to bed and it will relieve your stuffy nose in an instant.

4. Hiccups

Swallow only one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and its bitter flavor will stimulate the nerves in the throat which cause the hiccups.

5. Bad breath

Various bacteria cause bad breath. The apple cider vinegar kills all these bacteria and leaves fresh breath. Take only one teaspoon of it before going to bed to solve this problem.

6. Acid reflux

Mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with water and consume it an hour before going to bed. It will restore your stomach acidity.

7. Indigestion
